Can I create a custom package?
Yes! If you prefer a custom package, click on the blue button, "See Our Packages" and then click the button in the gray box, "Fill Out Our Design Questionnaire", and at the end of the questionnaire there will be a final blue button to click, "Send Project To Your Designer". Your responses will be forwarded to your designer, she will review your project and contact you to discuss your project. Lastly, you will receive a personalized proposal with the fee to complete your project.

How do I know which package is for me?
If you aren't sure which package fits your project, follow the steps listed above for the custom package and your designer will contact you to determine which package is right for you.

Will I need to sign any documents before we start the design process?
Prior to the start of any project a Letter of Agreement and the list of Terms & Conditions will be emailed to you to sign and return. Once we receive these items the design process will begin.

Will I receive instructions explaining what I need to provide to you?
Once you sign up for a package you will receive our Welcome Guide that details the entire project and provides instructions for your responsibilities: measuring, taking photos, providing inspirations pics, and letting us know if any furniture is to remain in the new design, etc.
